The DNA Transport Medium is mainly composed of HBSS, D-glucose, Trihydroxy Alcohol, Potassium Sorbate and Hydroxyethylpiperazine Ethane Sulfonic Acid. 

It is used to preserve and transport the collected cells, and only for in vitro analysis and testing, not for therapeutic use.
